We have an immediate opening for a CSR in our Corner Brook location. This position is best suited to a self-motivated individual who thrives in a busy environment.
Provide superior insurance knowledge, advice and service to our customers; Process renewals and policy changes, up-sell to develop profitable long-term relationships; Perform in a team environment, contributing to achievement of company goals and ensuring service standards are met.
Level 1 P&C insurance license or willing to obtain within two months of hire. Excellent communication and organization skills plus a demonstrated ability to achieve goals. Experience using Applied Systems TAM would be an asset.
