We have an immediate opening for a CSR in our Corner Brook location. This position is best suited to a results-oriented individual looking for a challenging opportunity in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide superior insurance knowledge, advice and service to our personal lines customers, ensuring timeliness, professionalism and accuracy
• Process renewals and policy changes, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
• Up-sell to develop profitable long-term relationships
• Perform in a team environment, contributing to achievement of company goals and ensuring service standards are met.
• Level 1 P&C insurance license plus three years related experience.
• Excellent communication and organization skills plus a demonstrated ability to achieve goals.
